A recent re-release of an older kit, which seems to be the “in thing” at the minute with kit makers. And I for one am more than happy about it! Part of a 3 kits in a row review, due to newly released kits being reviewed as soon as I receive them. The final part of this trio is of course, the Tamiya Toyota Land Cruiser 80 with Sport Options.
How does it stack up against the newer kits? Well, pretty well to be honest! Despite some obvious mold lines and flash here and there. It’s a solid kit from the daddy of kit makers. This goes to show how long Tamiya have been making consistently great kits!
